How long does shipping take?
Orders are received M-F 10 a.m.- 5 p.m. EST. All orders that are received after 5 p.m. EST will be processed the next business day.
P.O. BOX or APO/AFO address: Items will be shipped via USPS and may not qualify for express or priority delivery.
What is shipping turnaround for items with Embroidery?
For items with requested embroidery, please allow 7-14 days for your items to be shipped after payment has been processed.

What is your return policy?
Refunds and Exchanges: Please ensure that you have selected the correct item, size, color, and quantity. Due to COVID-19, RR Scrubs and apparel will not allow exchanges or refunds at this time. Please sign up for our newsletter to stay up to date on changes regarding our policies.
How are backordered items handled?
If an item that you have ordered is on backorder, you will receive a notification in regards to its availability and shipping date. Please note that backordered items might be shipped separately from other available items.
